Description
The 436 Contracting Squadron at Dover AFB, DE is conducting a pre-solicitation notice to identify small business vendors interested in providing preventative maintenance and inspection service annually for HURST Jaws of Life extrication tools. The service ensures the safety of responders and potential emergency victims when these extrication tools are utilized. The contractor will perform annual inspection and preventative maintenance services on Hurst Laws of Life tools and equipment per the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• The contractor must be a qualified small business with experience in similar projects.
• The contractor must provide preventive maintenance and inspection services by Hurst certified technicians on all assigned equipment.
• The contractor must follow Hurst Jaws of Life guidelines.
• The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible vendor whose quote represents the best value to the Government.
