Description
The West Virginia Department of Homeland Security - Division of Administrative Services is pursuing a contract for a Pro Suite Records Management System (RMS) on behalf of the WV State Fire Marshal. The contract is for a 1-year period with the option for renewal for up to 3 successive 1-year periods. The system will include features such as Field Ops Subscription, PS Pro WEAPON/NCIC Interface, CentralSquare Pro Records Cloud Officer, and Public Safety Consulting Services. The scope of work includes the implementation and maintenance of the records management system. Key considerations for this project include the ability to provide a comprehensive records management system, experience with similar projects, and the ability to provide ongoing support and maintenance.
