The Hacienda La Puente Unified School District is seeking a vendor to design, implement, and maintain a cloud‑based Student Behavioral Health Records Data System. The solution must support full‑service Medicaid (LEA‑BOP) and multi‑payer billing, provide a compliant electronic health record (EHR) for behavioral health services, integrate with the district’s Aeries student information system, and include robust security, reporting, and training components. The district expects the vendor to manage implementation, data security, ongoing support, and audit assistance throughout a three‑year contract term, with potential one‑year extensions.
• Provide LEA‑BOP & multi‑payer billing functionality, claim generation, ERA posting, and eligibility verification.
• Deliver a FERPA/HIPAA/COPPA‑compliant EHR with customizable workflows, student/family portals, prescribing capability, and integration to Aeries SIS, SIRAS, and Child Plus.
• Offer comprehensive training, documentation, help‑desk support, and system maintenance (updates, security patches, SLA‑based response).
