Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a qualified HVAC contractor to perform quarterly preventive‑maintenance inspections, cleaning, filter and belt replacement, coil cleaning, duct leakage checks, and comprehensive reporting for six HVAC systems located at the Redstone Training Site, Huntsville, AL. The contractor must supply all consumables, tools, PPE, and qualified personnel, provide a 24‑hour advance notice before each visit, and deliver completed checklists and service reports after each inspection. Any work beyond the defined scope requires prior written approval.
• Quarterly preventive‑maintenance on six HVAC units (IDs 3792‑3798) covering inspection, cleaning, lubrication, filter/belt replacement, and reporting.
• Contractor must hold Alabama HVAC contractor license, state business and general contractor licenses, and maintain minimum insurance limits ($1‑3 million).
• All consumables (filters, belts, lubricants) and PPE are supplied by the contractor; invoices require completed checklists and service reports.
