The Navajo Nation Foster Grandparent Program is seeking a single vendor to host its Volunteer Recognition Event in early June 2026. The contract requires a full‑service hotel‑conference solution that includes lodging for 135 double‑occupancy rooms, three days of breakfast buffet, two days of boxed lunches, continuous coffee service, multiple meeting‑room configurations (large ballroom and two smaller rooms), comprehensive audio‑visual equipment, and a storage space for supplies. The vendor must be able to accommodate any of three possible four‑day event windows in June and must submit a detailed cost breakdown by the February 27 2026 deadline.
• Provide 135 double‑occupancy, non‑smoking rooms for three nights (check‑out on Day 4).
• Deliver catering: daily breakfast buffet, box lunches for two days, and all‑day coffee service.
• Supply a large ballroom (capacity 85) and two smaller rooms (capacity 45 each) with stage, drapery, podiums, microphones, projectors, and screens.
