Description
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking proposals for the DELL- GOV Refresh project. The project involves the replacement of antiquated systems used by a special unit with new hardware. The required equipment includes desktops, laptops, and ruggedized laptops, as well as associated peripherals. The successful contractor must be an authorized reseller for DELL and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor. The contractor must also provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The project is limited to Master Contractors awarded a contract under the Desktop Laptop and Tablet 2015 Master Contract BPO # 060B5400007.
• The contractor must deliver the equipment to the Maryland Department of Information Technology.
• The contractor must provide installation services, including training and support.
• The contractor must provide a warranty for the equipment.
• The evaluation criteria for the proposal include the ability to provide the requested equipment and support services, statement of authorization by the manufacturer or distributor, MSRP sheet, Mercury Affidavit, and price.
