Description
The Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking a qualified HVAC contractor (C‑20 licensed) to provide comprehensive preventive‑maintenance, inspection, and on‑call diagnostic services for all heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning equipment at Millerton Lake State Recreation Area and its employee‑residence units. The contract spans three years, with work performed throughout the performance period in accordance with the provided specifications and any addenda. The bid process is competitive, low‑price‑based, and includes optional small‑business, TACPA, and DVBE evaluation preferences.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and emergency diagnostics on all HVAC units across the recreation area and satellite residences.
• Supply all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required; filters and belts are supplied by park staff or covered under separate contracts.
• Must hold a California C‑20 HVAC contractor license and comply with all state‑mandated certifications (small‑business, DVBE, sanctions, GenAI disclosure, etc.).
