CONSTRUCTION-AUTEC HVAC

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking a contractor to replace the 2.5 tons A/C system in the AUTEC WPB building room 1023. The work consists of demolition of existing air handler and rooftop condenser, removal and replacement of electrical wiring and hardware, and installation of a new 2.5 tons A/C unit. The requirement also includes preventive HVAC maintenance on 3 units. • The contractor must have an active registration in SAM.GOV. • The contractor must provide proof of licenses and certifications for each employee, as applicable. • The contractor must provide a technical capability statement outlining their experience and capability to perform all aspects of the tasks. • The contractor must provide a narrative describing their understanding and technical solution to completing the work. • The contractor must provide past performance references that reflect recent and relevant experience.
