Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance and software support services for the Physical Access Control System (PACS) and Closed-Circuit TV Surveillance Systems at the San Diego VA Regional Office. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor will be required to provide annual inspections, semi-annual visits, and software updates, as well as priority service response times for security emergencies and non-emergencies. The contractor must also employ Software House Factory and Tyco certified technicians and have a licensing agreement with the manufacturer.
• The contract will cover two locations: 8620 Spectrum Center Blvd, San Diego 92123, and 23207 Sunnymead Blvd, Moreno Valley, CA 92553.
• The contractor must provide written notice and report findings of the system after each bi-annual preventative maintenance walkthrough.
• The contractor must ensure software compatibility with security updates and patches from Microsoft on supported operating systems.
• The contractor must provide a valid SSA license for online and technical support issues and manage these licenses for all San Diego VARO applicable software.
