The Citadel seeks a comprehensive, integrated payment‑processing and campus‑card solution that will replace all existing POS hardware, support ACH, credit‑card, and debit‑card transactions, and provide real‑time integration with the Ellucian Banner student‑information system as well as other campus applications. The contract includes a cloud‑based payment gateway, One‑Card issuance and management, POS devices for dining, retail, and services, and the ability to add future modules via APIs. The solution must meet PCI‑DSS, PA‑DSS, FERPA, and South Carolina IT security requirements, provide 99 %+ uptime, and include 24×7 support and a one‑year warranty.
• Turnkey design, installation, and ongoing support for a payment gateway that processes tuition, fees, and other campus payments.
• Full replacement of existing POS hardware (food‑service, barber, post‑office, One‑Card devices) and deployment of contact‑less, mobile‑wallet capable readers.
• Integration with Banner (real‑time GL/AR posting), Cardinal, Follett, PRISM RBS, SMRT, HandShake, PhotoShelter via SFTP, plus API connectivity for future services.
