Exclusive Beverage Sponsorship for County Fair

The Coconino County Parks and Recreation Department is seeking an Official Beverage Sponsor for the Coconino County Fair. The sponsor will provide a combination of cash and in-kind trade support for Fair operations and improve the quality and visibility of the event. The sponsorship will be exclusive, and the sponsor will have the opportunity to generate revenue from non-alcoholic beverage sales at the Fairgrounds and carnival lot. The contract will be for a term of five years, beginning the date the contract is approved, and will cover the Fairs in 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030. • The sponsor will provide at least $70,000 in a combination of cash and in-kind trade, with a minimum of $12,000 in cash and $1,800 in non-alcoholic product. • The sponsor will have exclusive recognition as the Official Beverage Sponsor of the Coconino County Fair. • The sponsor will have the opportunity to generate revenue from non-alcoholic beverage sales at the Fairgrounds and carnival lot. • The sponsor will be provided with a complimentary 10’ x 20’ space, including tent, tables, chairs, and 110v outlet, for use during the event. • The sponsor will have logo recognition on Fair printed collateral, including program and poster. • The sponsor will have logo and audio mention on all advertisement materials when permitted by advertising medium. • The sponsor will have recognition and hyperlink on the event website and social media platforms. • The sponsor will have prominent signage opportunities inside and around the Fairgrounds. • The sponsor will have a full-page advertisement in the current year Fair Book, distributed to over 2,500 businesses and members of the public throughout Coconino County. • The sponsor will have several public address (PA) announcements recognizing the beverage sponsor throughout the Fair. • The sponsor will have ticket packages for cross-promotion purposes, including 100 one-day admission tickets and 50 parking tickets. • The sponsor will have 10 sponsor credentialed vendor badges for re-entry into the Fair.
