Description
The Daviess County Fiscal Court seeks a qualified vendor to perform comprehensive annual fire‑protection inspections, testing, and maintenance across multiple county facilities, including fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, backflow devices, fire extinguishers, and range‑hood cleaning. The work must follow NFPA standards, include detailed reporting, and cover both routine testing and the recharge/replacement of fire extinguishers. The contract runs July 1 2026 – June 30 2027 with a possible one‑year renewal.
• Perform annual testing/inspection of fire alarm, sprinkler, backflow, and extinguisher equipment at nine distinct county sites.
• Conduct semi‑annual range‑hood cleaning at the Airport Fire Station and provide hydrostatic testing, recharge, and replacement of a full inventory of fire extinguishers (see Attachment A).
• Submit required reports to the Office of Management & Utilization and Daviess County Water District, maintain all licenses/insurance, and keep prices firm for 60 days post‑opening.
