Budget estimate

$50,000 – $200,000

The budget for this contract is likely to be in the range of $50,000 to $200,000, based on the scope of the services required, including the rental of tables, tents, chairs, and permitting services. The contractor will also need to provide labor for setup and breakdown, which will add to the overall cost. The College's budget for the event is not specified, but based on industry standards, this estimate seems reasonable. Factors that may influence the budget include the number of attendees, the complexity of the event layout, and the cost of permits and other expenses.
