Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to produce 7,400 saddle-stitched calendars, including 80 departmental random "blue label" copies. The calendars will have 24 pages plus a separate cover, and the contractor must maintain Quality Level III standards. The product must be delivered to the Minneapolis VA Medical Center by 12/10/2025. The contractor will be responsible for printing, binding, and packing the calendars. Key features of the job include:
• 11 x 8-1/2" trim size
• 4-color process with matte varnish or AQ coating
• Water-resistant ink or toner with a minimum of 175-line screen
• Saddle stitch binding in 2 places on the 11-inch side
• Shrink film wrap in units of 50
• Packing in cartons and shipping containers with labeling and marking specifications
