USAG Grafenwoehr Volksfest Buss Shuttle Service

The US Army Garrison (USAG) Bavaria is seeking a contractor to provide bus shuttle services for the 65th German-American Volksfest, which will take place from July 31 to August 2, 2026. The contractor will be required to provide sixteen 44-passenger buses with drivers to transport visitors between various locations, including Tower Barracks Grafenwoehr, Rose Barracks Vilseck, and Camp Kasserine. The contractor will need to ensure that all buses are in good working order and meet German road traffic act requirements. The contractor will also be responsible for providing bus drivers who have knowledge of the routes and have completed a test-driving before the event.
