Description
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) of Maryland is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive two‑year service agreement for its Waters Acquity TQD LC‑MS system used in the Toxicology Laboratory. The contract will begin on November 1 2026 and run through October 31 2028, covering preventive maintenance, repairs, parts replacement, software/firmware updates, and unlimited technical support with a 72‑hour response time. The vendor must supply genuine OEM parts, perform one preventive maintenance visit per year, and include labor and travel costs in a fixed‑price arrangement.
