ImageRight Document Management Systems

The Texas Department of Insurance is seeking a vendor to provide ImageRight document management software licenses, including maintenance, support, and licensing. The selected vendor will be required to provide one server licensing package, annual maintenance and support for the software, and optional ImageRight view-only concurrent licenses and training. The contract term is expected to be 24 months, with three one-year renewal periods or one three-year renewal period. The vendor must have at least 10 years of experience providing services comparable to those described in the solicitation and must describe how they meet the qualifications in their executive summary. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing ImageRight software licenses and maintenance • Offering optional ImageRight view-only concurrent licenses and training • Ensuring the security and integrity of the system • Collaborating with TDI to ensure successful implementation and completion of the services • Identifying and communicating any risks to the service to the Agency Primary Contact.
