Texas Tech University seeks a comprehensive, cloud‑based Accessibility Solution that provides transcription, closed‑captioning, and audio‑description services for a wide variety of video and audio content used in instruction, outreach, and archival contexts. The vendor must deliver high‑accuracy, WCAG 2.1 AA‑compliant outputs in multiple formats, integrate with nine listed video‑hosting and LMS platforms, and support both AI‑assisted and human‑reviewed workflows.
