University Human Resource Modernization Project

Fayetteville State University is seeking a vendor to modernize its Human Resources operations. The selected vendor will conduct a comprehensive assessment of HR functions, including interviews, workflow and departmental structure reviews, technology analysis, and metrics evaluation. The assessment will serve as the foundation for a prioritized improvement roadmap, forward-looking HR Strategic Plan, and comprehensive training program. The vendor will provide a range of deliverables, including a Human Resource Organizational Evaluation Report, Modernization Roadmap, HR Strategic Plan, and Redesigned Processes & SOPs.
