Winston Lake Golf Course Concession Services

The City of Winston-Salem is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to manage and operate the grill room food concession at Winston Lake Golf Course. The selected Concessionaire will provide food and beverage service to golfers, guests, and visitors, including dine-in, on-course, and catered event services. The minimum qualifications for the proposal include at least 2 years of experience in food and beverage operations, eligibility to work under an NC beer license, and demonstrated ability to operate within public facilities or in partnership with municipal entities. • At least 2 years of experience in food and beverage operations • Eligible to work under an NC beer license • Demonstrated ability to operate within public facilities or in partnership with municipal entities • Experience with culturally significant or community-centered venues is preferred
