X-Ray and Electrocardiogram Services

The County of Fresno is seeking a contractor to provide X-Ray and Electrocardiogram services for the Department of Public Health's Tuberculosis Control Program. The services will be provided on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and the contractor will also provide mobile chest X-ray services as needed. The contractor must provide written digital images and interpretations of each radiograph, as well as EKG analysis. The contract term is for three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. • The contractor must be licensed by the State of California, Department of Health Services, Radiologic Branch. • The contractor must provide shielding for pregnant patients. • The contractor must provide X-Ray and EKG services according to the regulations of the State of California, Department of Health Services. • The contractor must limit radiation exposure to patients in accordance with industry standards. • The contractor must provide a telephone report of the findings for the services requested within two hours after the service is provided. • The contractor must provide X-Ray radiograph(s) and a written interpretation of each radiograph for each client served within twelve hours of that service.
