Description
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking a contractor for the renovation of the AUTEC HVAC Installation and Maintenance/Repair Project. The project requires the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide technical information with their submission. The project is a 100% small business set-aside, with a magnitude of between $25,000 and $100,000. The method of payment will be electronic payment through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
• The contractor must provide usage reports for all air quality and EPCRA regulated activities.
• The contractor must comply with the state air quality regulations.
• The contractor must complete the provided Hazardous Materials Inventory Log and submit it to Environmental.
• The contractor must comply with the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) (15 CFR 700).
• The contractor must provide a bid guarantee to be considered for award.
