Description
Onslow County is seeking a vendor to provide concession services at Beach Access #2 and Beach Access #4. The concession services will be performed during the operating seasonal months for the calendar year 2026. The contractor will be responsible for providing all food, beverages, supplies, equipment, and management and labor necessary for the concession services. The contractor will also be required to pay a lump sum fee to the county for concession rights, as well as a flat rate payment of $50 per month for water usage. The contract may be extended for two additional one-year periods. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing daily beach concession services from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend
• Maintaining the premises in a neat, orderly, safe, and clean condition
• Obtaining and paying for all permits, licenses, and authorizations required by law
• Providing general liability and property insurance
• Complying with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
The ideal contractor will have experience in providing concession services, particularly in a beach or park setting. They will be able to provide high-quality food and beverages, as well as excellent customer service.
