SP - LRB - Court Reporting Services

The Illinois Labor Relations Board is seeking court reporting services. The contracted vendor will be required to provide Certified Shorthand Reporters for in-person or remote administrative hearings. The contract term will be from the date of execution through June 30, 2027, with a total value not exceeding $100,000. The vendor will be required to provide transcripts and other services as needed. Some key points to consider are: • The vendor must use only Certified Shorthand Reporters licensed through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. • The vendor will be required to provide meeting links for remote hearings. • The vendor will be required to provide transcripts within 14 days of the hearing. • The vendor will be paid based on the quantity of services provided, with rates to be determined. • The contract may be terminated by the Board with 30 days' written notice if a new State of Illinois Joint Purchase Master Contract for these services is executed prior to June 30, 2027.
