The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) is seeking to establish a new professional services program called the MDA Agile Professional Services Solution (MAPSS). The program will provide advisory and assistance services to support the MDA's mission. The MAPSS program will be structured into tranches, with different award dates and contract structures. The MDA is considering using Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) and Multi-Agency Contracts (MACs) to award contracts under the MAPSS program. The program will include various functional capability areas, such as quality and mission assurance, safety, intelligence, and cybersecurity.
• The MAPSS program will have a total of five tranches, with the first tranche expected to be awarded in 4Q CY2025.
• The program will include set-aside opportunities for small businesses, including SDVOSB, VOSB, and WOSB.
• The MDA will release benchmark pricing as part of the Draft RFP/Draft FOPR for each requirement.
• The program will have a five-year period of performance, with a three-year base period and two one-year options.
• The MDA is considering de-consolidating some of the requirements currently under the TEAMS Next program.
