Multimode Plate Reader and Cell Imaging (Manhattan, KS)

The USDA Biologics Development Module requires a multimode plate reader with cell imaging capabilities. The instrument must be able to work in various detection modes, including UV-Vis absorbance, fluorescence intensity, luminescence, fluorescence polarization, and time-resolved fluorescence. The system must be compact, equipped with an automated microscope, and have software with automated image capturing, analyzing, and processing. Key features of the system include: • Top and bottom reading options for solution-based and cell-based assays • Temperature control options up to 65°C with condensation control and shaking capabilities • CO2 and O2 control options • Imaging mode including fluorescence, phase contrast, brightfield, high-contrast brightfield, and color brightfield • Fluorescence intensity detector for monochromator and filter systems • Performance validation software with notification of required maintenance The system must be easily operated with a PC using the software incorporated in the system. Onsite installation, start-up, and software training are included.
