Citywide Audio-Visual Systems Integration, Maintenance, and Support Services

The City of Santa Monica is seeking proposals from qualified audio-visual (AV) systems integrators to provide comprehensive, citywide AV services in support of conference rooms, event spaces, and other City facilities. The scope of work includes as-needed and miscellaneous services, AV system design and consulting, installation and integration services, maintenance and support services, upgrades, refreshes, and improvements, and project management, coordination, training, and documentation. The City is looking for a firm with at least 5 years of experience providing AV systems integration, installation, maintenance, and support services for conference rooms, meeting spaces, event environments, or similar operational environments.
