Audio-Visual Equipment for 13th Floor Conference Room

The Office of Employee Relations (OER) is seeking quotes by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on April 24, 2026, for the purchase of audio-visual equipment components meeting the mandatory specification requirements for a conference room located at Empire State Plaza, Agency Building 2 location in Albany, New York, 12223. Bidders may use Cost Proposal for RFQ-059 to submit their all-inclusive pricing quotes for the audio-visual system equipment components. The cost for each audio-visual system component needs to be itemized and priced separately. Each component pricing should include any delivery or shipping cost; delivery cost should not be billed separately. OER reserves the right to award and purchase all, some or none of the items based on the quotes received. Bidding Vendor provides awarded item(s) to OER located at Empire State Plaza, Agency Bldg. 2, 8th Floor, no later than June 15, 2026 , June 30, 2026 or within 30 , 45 calendar days of receipt of a NYS purchase order for payment or a guarantee to remit payment with of NYS p-card upon receipt of goods, which is contingent on the NYS FY2026-27 budget approval. 7. The Bidder’s Mandatory Certification needs to signed, dated and submitted with the bidder’s Cost Proposal for RFQ-059.
