Description
The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) is seeking a comprehensive mailroom equipment and maintenance solution to support operations at the DFAS-Cleveland facility. The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, software, tools, and materials to perform the required services, including new equipment acquisition, incumbent equipment maintenance, and software integration. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with options to extend. The contractor will be responsible for delivering, installing, and maintaining the equipment, as well as providing training and support to DFAS personnel.
• The contractor will provide two new digital mailing systems under a lease-to-own arrangement, including a 60-month warranty.
• The contractor will provide full-service preventative and emergency maintenance for two existing Government-owned Pitney Bowes Relay 7000 inserting systems.
• The contractor will provide software integration services, including monthly charges for software licenses, interface integration, updates, and support.
• The contractor will provide all necessary labor, OEM-equivalent parts, and materials to maintain operational readiness.
• The contractor will provide training and support to DFAS personnel on the use and maintenance of the equipment.
