J063--Providence RI Physical Access Security Maintenance

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from vendors capable of providing Physical Access Control System (PACS) Annual Subscription for Genetec Software Support, including telephone support, on-site support, emergency support, and preventative maintenance and software upgrades. The contract will be for a base year of 12 months with four potential option years. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the PACS system, performing preventative maintenance, and providing emergency services. • The contractor must be an approved reseller for Genetec Software Hughes Identification Devices (HID) PACS System. • The contractor must provide services within normal business hours, Monday through Friday, except on recognized federal holidays. • The contractor must respond to emergency service calls within 8 hours of the Government service call. • The contractor must provide an estimated quantity of 6 emergency services per contract year. • The contractor must submit a report to the facility POC within 48 hours of the emergency service, outlining the services provided and any repairs or maintenance required.
