Annual Fire Inspections

The City of Raleigh is requesting a qualified fire‑safety inspection contractor to perform the mandatory annual NFPA 72 fire‑system inspection of the Raleigh Convention and Performing Arts Complex. The contractor must supply all necessary equipment, including lifts, and access the inspection grid via stairs or wall ladders; elevators are not guaranteed. Fire‑door inspections and evacuation (EVAC) testing are expressly excluded and are covered under separate contracts.
