Description
The Florida Department of Corrections is seeking a vendor to provide statewide HVAC maintenance, repair, installation, and replacement services for its correctional institutions. The selected vendor will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems and servicing refrigeration units. The contract term will be up to five years, and the vendor must provide a minimum of a one-year warranty for all equipment and parts. The vendor will also be required to provide quarterly reports on contract purchases and comply with various state regulations and requirements. Key services include:
• Installation of HVAC systems
• Maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
• Servicing of refrigeration units
• Provision of supplies and labor
• Compliance with state regulations and requirements
The vendor must have a State of Florida Contractor License with a Class A Air Conditioning Certification and/or a Mechanical Contractor License, and an Occupational License to conduct business in the State of Florida.
