Description
Bristol Community College is seeking an experienced college bookstore vendor to provide Bookstore Services for the College. The successful bidder will be responsible for operating a fully functional college bookstore, including course material services, emblematic merchandise, technology products, school supplies, and convenience products. The bookstore will be located at 777 Elsbree Street, Fall River, MA 02720. The contract agreement is expected to be for three years, with the option to renew for an additional three years. The bidder must demonstrate a commitment to serving Bristol's diverse student, faculty, and staff population and supporting students from all educational and cultural backgrounds.
Key requirements include:
• Excellent service, ease of use, and affordability for students
• Excellent support for faculty and staff in the textbook adoption process
• Excellent support for students with code redemptions, account setup, or technical issues related to bookstore purchases
• Ongoing contribution to revenue
• Innovative ideas to drive traffic to the store/website
• Specific measures to reduce the price of course materials for students
• Excellent support of textbook adoption services
