Description
The Maryland Aviation Administration is seeking a Certified Small Business to provide various IT equipment for the upfitting of State Vehicles. The equipment includes Omni 911 Monitor, iCAD Monitor, Headsets/Dispatcher, Panasonic FZ-55 Toughbook, Panasonic FZ-56 Toughbook, and EMS/Fire Tablets. The contractor must be a Certified Small Business as certified in the State of Maryland and must provide all applicable manufacturer warranties. The contract duration is 1 year from Notice to Proceed (NTP).
• The Bidder must document in its Bid that it satisfies the Minimum Qualifications.
• The Bidder must be an authorized distributor or manufacturer of the specified CAD hardware devices.
• The Bidder must be a Certified Small Business.
• The equipment must meet or exceed the specifications described in the IFB and must be new, unused, and in current production.
• The Bidder must provide all applicable manufacturer warranties.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsible Bidder submitting a responsive Bid with the most favorable Bid Price.
