The United States Air Force 117th Air Refueling Wing is seeking a qualified vendor to perform NFPA‑compliant inspections of six fire‑suppression hoods and related equipment at Sumpter Smith Air National Guard Base in Birmingham, AL. The contract is a fixed‑price Quick Quote with firm pricing through September 30, 2026 and payment on net‑30 terms after service completion. Work must be performed on weekdays (Tuesday‑Friday) between 7:00 am and 5:30 pm, and only inspection services are covered—any repairs or replacements are excluded and would require separate agreements.
• Inspect six fire‑suppression hoods located in Buildings 125, 148, 391 (3 hoods), and 175.
• Follow NFPA standards and the manufacturers’ procedures; no maintenance, repair, or replacement work is included.
