Mortality and Location Verification Services

The Teacher Retirement System of Texas is seeking a qualified contractor to provide death match and address locator services on a monthly basis for its annuitants. The selected respondent will be required to provide services in accordance with the solicitation and contract, including death match services and address locator services. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with three optional one-year renewal terms. The respondent must have at least four years of experience in the type of work described in the scope of work and must meet minimum standards for cybersecurity and control of information. • The contractor will be required to provide monthly death match and address locator services for TRS' annuitants. • The contractor will also be required to provide death match and address locator services on a semi-annual basis for inactive members and a quarterly basis for beneficiaries and dependents. • The contractor must have at least four years of experience in the type of work described in the scope of work. • The contractor must meet minimum standards for cybersecurity and control of information. • The contract will have an initial term of one year, with three optional one-year renewal terms.
