The City of Cleveland is seeking a qualified motorcoach operator to provide a 55‑seat bus with a driver for four scheduled, non‑stop round‑trip tours between October 2026 and February 2027. The contractor must supply a clean, fully functional bus equipped with a bathroom, ensure the driver remains on‑site for the entire tour window, and include all costs (fuel, driver wages, insurance, etc.) in a single “complete cost per round trip” price for each date. The award will be based on the lowest and best bid, with strict insurance requirements (minimum $2 M CGL and $5 M auto liability) and no post‑award price increases.
• Provide a 55‑seat, bathroom‑equipped bus and driver for four Saturday tours (Oct 17 2026, Nov 21 2026, Dec 12 2026, Feb 20 2027) with arrival at 1201 Lakeside Avenue at 8:30 a.m. and return by 1:00 p.m.
• Submit a single “complete cost per round‑trip” for each tour; all costs must be bundled, no separate fuel line items.
