Description
The North Carolina Department of Public Safety is seeking a vendor to provide interview transcription services. The services should include an app that can record and submit recordings to a secure portal with end-to-end encryption. The contract term is expected to be 2 years. Vendors must submit their quotes through the Sourcing Tool, and the State reserves the right to reject any quote that does not meet the requirements. The evaluation process will consider factors such as price, past performance, references, and financial documents.
• The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to seek competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors to establish an Agency Contract for transcription services for the NC Department of Public Safety (DPS) Office of Special Investigations (OSI).
• The Contract shall have an initial term of two (2) years, beginning on the date of final Contract execution.
• Quotes shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFQ and any addenda issued hereto.
• The State may exercise its discretion to consider Vendor proposed modifications.
• The State reserves the right to waive any minor informality or technicality in quotes received.
