Conference Room Design and Technology Upgrade – Small and Large Rooms

The Southeastern Power Administration is seeking a contractor to design and upgrade the technology in two conference rooms, one small and one large. The goal is to enable high-quality collaboration and hybrid meetings through integrated hardware, networked audio, and video systems. The contractor will be responsible for installing modern AV and conferencing technology, including ceiling-mounted microphones, speakers, cameras, and display systems. The contractor will also provide end-user training and support during the handoff. The project is expected to be completed within 90 days of the award date.
