Description
The U.S. Embassy Jakarta is seeking a contractor to provide lodging accommodation and functional services for the DUCC Event in Sanur Area, Bali, Indonesia, from February 1-7, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for providing meeting rooms, equipment, food and beverage services, and lodging for event participants. The contractor must also ensure that the facilities are safe, clean, and fully operational during the event.
• The event will take place over 5 days, with a total of 40 hours of event time.
• The contractor must provide a main meeting room for approximately 50 participants, with a minimum size of 160 square meters.
• The contractor must also provide a semi-outdoor venue for team-building activities, with a capacity for 50 participants.
• The contractor must provide food and beverage services, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, for event participants.
• The contractor must also provide lodging for event participants, with a total of 96 room nights required.
• The contractor must ensure that all facilities and services provided meet the requirements outlined in the solicitation.
