Description
The University of Washington is seeking qualified vendors to provide a full suite of audio‑visual (A/V) solutions for its campus facilities. This includes supplying A/V equipment, designing system layouts, installing hardware, renting gear for events, and delivering ongoing maintenance and support for classrooms, lecture halls, and other spaces. The contract may be awarded to one or more firms that can meet the university’s technical and service requirements.
• Supply and delivery of A/V hardware (microphones, mixers, amplifiers, teleconference systems, etc.)
• Design, installation, and integration of A/V systems tailored to university classrooms and event venues
• Rental services for short‑term events and long‑term maintenance/repair of installed equipment
• Requirement to participate in a mandatory pre‑bid Zoom conference and adhere to the submission deadline of October 22 2026.
