Description
The Savannah-Chatham County Public School System is seeking sealed bids for fire alarm monitoring, testing, inspection, and repair services. The successful bidder will be required to provide these services for an annual contract. The contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder who meets the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation document. The bidder must demonstrate that they have the necessary licenses, insurance, and experience to provide the required services. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, and the bidder must agree to honor their quoted pricing for the duration of the contract.

• The bidder must have experience in providing similar services to large organizations.
• The bidder must have the necessary licenses and certifications to provide the services in the state of Georgia.
• The bidder must have insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, commercial automobile liability, workers' compensation, and umbrella insurance.
• The bidder must agree to indemnify the District against any claims or damages arising from the provision of the services.
