Description
National Park College is seeking a single‑vendor partner to manage its campus textbook sales and related services. The contractor will operate an online storefront, ship books to the campus for student pickup, integrate with the college’s LMS (Brightspace/D2L) and ERP (PeopleSoft), provide pricing structures, support an equitable‑access tuition‑included model, and may negotiate purchase of existing inventory. The scope also includes handling digital titles, buy‑back programs, and providing data reporting on sales and enrollment.
• Provide physical and digital textbook sales, rentals, and buy‑back services for NPC students and faculty.
• Maintain an online sales platform that integrates with Brightspace and PeopleSoft and ships orders to campus for pickup.
• Offer pricing models, lead‑time estimates, and support for equitable‑access per‑credit‑hour fee calculations.
• Optionally purchase NPC’s current bookstore inventory and support a flat‑fee tuition model.
• Deliver required data security, performance standards, and compliance certifications (EO, boycott, immigration).
