Description
This solicitation seeks a vendor to assume full operation of the Barns and Noble College bookstore, handling a wide array of product categories—from new, used, rental, and digital textbooks to ancillary merchandise such as clothing, giftware, health and beauty items, and department‑specific purchases. The contractor must manage sales that are eligible for student financial‑aid funding (restricted to instructional materials only), provide a floorplan of the existing retail space, and understand that existing fixtures and capital equipment will remain the property of the incumbent vendor. The college is not pursuing an “Equitable Access” per‑credit‑hour pricing model at this time.
• Operate a comprehensive college bookstore covering textbooks, supplies, and ancillary retail items.
• Ensure compliance with financial‑aid rules (only instructional materials may be purchased with aid).
