The University of Arkansas at Monticello (UAM) is seeking a vendor to operate its on‑campus “spirit store,” providing retail sales of apparel, merchandise, textbooks, and other student‑focused items. The university requires a physical brick‑and‑mortar location; a fully online model or a self‑operated vendor fulfillment model is not acceptable.
