Description
Brazosport College invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for Campus Bookstore Operations and Digital Course Materials Services. The selected Contractor will provide all labor, management, equipment, technology, and supplies necessary to operate and manage the College bookstore while delivering comprehensive digital course materials solutions. The Contractor will operate the bookstore in a manner that reflects the mission, values, and reputation of Brazosport College while maintaining a customer-focused retail environment that supports student success and enhances the overall campus experience.
• Bookstore operations will include the sale and distribution of College-approved merchandise, school supplies, technology accessories, graduation-related items, academic materials, limited physical textbooks, and other products necessary to support the campus community.
• The Contractor will maintain sufficient inventory levels of physical textbooks, printed course materials, and specialized academic materials required for courses or programs where print materials remain necessary.
• The Contractor will provide an online bookstore platform that allows students, faculty, staff, and other authorized users to purchase textbooks, merchandise, supplies, and other approved products through a secure and user-friendly online ordering system.
• The Contractor will provide digital course materials including electronic textbooks, publisher courseware, access codes, and other required academic content for courses participating in the myBC Books program.
