Description
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is seeking information regarding establishing and operating a pilot program for Reentry Services to inmates released from TDCJ Facilities who are returning to the City of San Antonio. The services may include vocational training, educational services, job readiness and employment, case management, and other related services. The TDCJ is requesting responses, feedback, suggestions, and comments regarding the establishment and operation of this pilot program.
• The program should provide a current menu of services with outcomes, target population, and matrix of qualifications as evidence of performance.
• The program should include an accredited vocational training program, educational services, job readiness and employment, case management for linkages and resource connections.
• The TDCJ is looking for responses that provide feedback, suggestions, and comments regarding the items set forth in the RFI.
