One (1) Year HVAC Preventative Maintenance Service and Repairs

The Macomb County Purchasing Department is seeking a vendor to provide HVAC preventative maintenance and repairs for a period of one year, with two one-year options. The goal is to select the most capable vendor offering the most competitive price. The contract will be for a minimum of one year, with options for a second and third year. The vendor will be responsible for providing quarterly preventative maintenance and repairs for various Macomb County Department of Roads locations.
