Hotel Lodging for UCS January 2026 Seminar

The New York State Unified Court System (UCS) is soliciting sealed bids for hotel lodging for up to 165 participants of a January 2026 seminar to be held from January 5-9, 2026, in White Plains, New York. The hotel lodging is required for the nights of January 4-8, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to provide lodging and parking as set forth in the scope of work. • The hotel must be no more than six miles from the seminar location. • The hotel must be able to accommodate up to 80 rooms for the first night and up to 165 rooms for the remaining nights. • The hotel must provide complimentary wireless internet access to UCS guests throughout the hotel, including guest rooms. • The hotel must provide parking for all UCS guests for the duration of the hotel stay. • The hotel must provide access to UCS security personnel for the duration of the hotel stay.
