Description
The Village of Friendship Heights is seeking bids for HVAC maintenance services at the Friendship Heights Village Center. The successful bidder will be required to submit signed affidavits and a written contract in a form approved by the Village. The bidder must be qualified and registered to do business in Maryland. The scope of work includes maintenance services for the Village Center.
• The Village reserves the right to refuse all bids if none appear appropriate to the Village’s circumstances.
• The successful bidder will be required to submit signed affidavits as required by the Maryland State Finance and Procurement Code.
• The bidder must be qualified and registered to do business in Maryland.
• The contract will be in a form approved by the Village.
